Policies that single out transgender women and athletes with intersex variations do not protect women’s sports.
What it is is fearmongering.
Categorical bans of transgender athletes are impermissible under Title IX.
Transgender women and girls are not a threat to women’s sports.
Excluding kids from that joy will have a seriously detrimental impact. It will cost us lives.
I think that all youth should have access to sports.
We shouldn’t discriminate kids and ban them from playing just because they’re transgender.
To be a part of a team where they feel like they belong.
